Ms. Ward Gaffney is a transformational executive leader, human-capital strategist, and long-standing cultural advocate with more than two decades of shaping talent strategies and organizational effectiveness across global institutions spanning the corporate, education, nonprofit, and civic sectors. She spent over 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a trusted advisor designing and leading talent, leadership, and organizational development strategies across numerous global sectors and disciplines, including operations, executive leadership, workforce transformation, and large-scale change initiatives. She most recently served as Global Director of PwC’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, where she built and scaled a best-in-class internal coaching organization and led enterprise-wide leadership development strategies supporting more than 325,000 professionals globally. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Ward Gaffney partnered closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to assess investment trade-offs, capital prioritization, and organizational risk, building deep fluency in financial analysis and governance. Ms. Ward Gaffney is the Founder of Coach’s Daughter Consulting, where she coaches C-suite, senior executives, and high-potential leaders. Her approach blends strategic clarity, measurable organizational impact, and identity-based leadership, earning her a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating complexity, transformation, and high-stakes change. A committed civic leader, Ms. Ward Gaffney serves as Vice Chair of MESA Links, a nonprofit that oversees the MESA Charter Schools network and a robust workforce development program, contributing to board governance, financial oversight, and long-term sustainability. She is also an executive coach with Washington Women in Need (WWIN), a scholarship and support nonprofit serving women across Washington State and an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Ms. Ward Gaffney holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She completed the International Management Program at ESADE in Barcelona and is a graduate of the Harvard University Women in Leadership Program.
